[Koha] Is there an efficient way to manage the MARC frameworks?

Hi Xu!
We're on the same boat. I am trying to tap the
students as encoders. Maybe we can use Excel to build
the data and then upload it to the MySQL database. I
think that would simplify the encoding process.
