[Koha] Live CD passwords

[Brett Holcomb]

We found the admin username and assumed blank password but it now asks
for a card number - and won't take some obvious guesses.  What is the
card number?

I downloaded and burned the Live CD but are there passwords required
to
get into the admin part of Koha.  Where do I find them.  There is no
readme on the CD, the mail list has one post asking the same question
-
with no answer and searching shows nothing.
