[Koha] database error

Bonjour/hello

I am a newbie to koha

trying to install koha in my server linux mandrak
with
perl, v5.8.5 built for i386-linux-thread-multi
Apache2
Mysql-5.1.8
koha-2.2.5

the installer.pl  give the following errers

any idea!!!!!!!!
