[Koha] New french website... pre-release

Hi,
A new version of the french website will be soon issued (next week).
It is based on the international design. (Thanks, shaun, Russel, and all)

And here is a comment I got from a french librarian :
"Bravo pour l'esthétique, c'est beaucoup mieux !"
Congratulations, it is far more beautiful !
