[Koha] Koha installation on Windows

Hi:
 
According to the documentation on installation of koha on windows, we need to add two lines to the hosts file in C:\Winnt\system32\drivers\etc 
 
127.0.0.1 opac# Koha Library Software OPAC
127.0.0.1 intranet # Koha Library Software INTRANET
 
Do i literally type the exact two lines?  Or am I supposed to assign a opac # behind 127.0.0.1.  Otherwise, the OPAC and INTRANET host will be with the same number.
