[Koha] New koha installation ( testing )

Hi: 

How do you designate the Koha posting to the web address?  You see, I am not an IT person.  Currently I have installed APACHE, MYSQL, PERL AND KOHA in my computer, but I am stuck at the very last part of getting it to run on the web.

What is involved in posting KOHA on the web?  Thanks.
