[Koha] error 500: Premature end of script headers

Hi,
 I am new to Koha. However, I have managed to translate it to my native
tongue, Tamil, and installed it in Windows XP environment. It seem to work
fine, EXCEPT:
 Whenever I try to "add biblio" by entering the name of a book, I get the
error 500. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many, many times. I have also
searched the archives for solutions. To no avail...
 Please help. I really want to get Koha going. What should I do? The
following is the message I'm getting:

 Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your
request.

Error message:
Premature end of script headers: isbnsearch.pl

If you think this is a server error, please contact the
webmaster<webmaster at dummy-opac>.
