[Koha] OverDue Charges

Hello Everyone

I've a little question .

Does Koha 1.2.3 Support OverDue Charges Calculation ?
I've tested Koha , and I expected that it could calculate the overdue 
charges but it couldn't.

does it ned some setting to calculate that or it needs some development ?
