[Koha] Problems upgrading to 1.3.3 on Red Hat 7.1

Note I don't guarantee at all that the upgrade script works. I would be 
surprised that it does.
However, i you feel motivated enough to fix what has to be fixed... :-)

Note : I'll make upgrade script work for first RC of the 2.0 i think 
(not for 1.9.0, that's sure)
