[Koha] Setup fine -- How to?

Hi,

I've install and run Koha 1.2.2.

Problem is, according to your sample intranet module,
the 'Fine Type' (Parameters -> Category -> Fine Type)
is in coded form. But, I can't find anywhere to setup
the Fine Code.

Is there anybody can help me?
