[Koha] A problem inserting

Dear Paul:

  I'm using Koha 1.2.2. I have had a lot of problems installing under Solaris 
because it has a predefined Perl that is much older to work with DBD & DBI (and 
it has no cc compiler). After some tries I have installed Perl 5.8.0, compiled 
through gcc and everything looks working. Perhaps the problem could be perl 
updatedatabase -I /pathtoC4. This doesen´t work. Perl says that can´t find this 
script. I looked into my inc via Perl -V and put C4 folder into one of the 
directories listed here (e.g. /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0) but when I try perl 
updatedatabase -I /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/C4 doesn't work.

  I continue looking and found that updatedatabase is under a folder called 
scripter inside installation folder. I go directly into this folder and 
executed perl updatedatabase and obtained the same message: Database is not 
defined or something like this.

Any help?
