No, i think there's no way to translate from mySQL to other SQL
dialects, but Mysql have a loose SQL parser, so i think that a single
SQL file, well written could work for all.

Apart from auto_increment/serial filed, do you know that real SQL
programmer doesn't use serial field?! ;-)))
