I have put Glens scripts up at
http://www.koha.org/download/contrib/

I think all the fixes, apart from perhaps the generating barcode (unless
we have it so its easy to plug and play whatever algorithm a library uses to
generate a barcode) will be included in v1.08.
But in the meantime, they are available if anyone wants to use them now.
