Hi Benedict,

Koha was designed with the thought it mind that it should be easily
translated into other languages. In our case Maori. 
Having said that, the aim has not been achieved very well.

To change the webbrowser based interface would be easier than the telnet
issues and returns.
All the html would need to be edited of course. And the Output.pm file.
Plus probably the majority of the .pl scripts.

A better way to do this, I think will be to make use of
Locale::gettext perl module

If the scripts are rewritten to make use of this, it should be easy to make
interfaces in many languages.

Thats the plan anyway :-)

One way to do it is to place orders as "donations".
Otherwise if you have an exisiting database it should be possible to massage
it, and use it to populate the database.
