-------- Original Message -------- Subject: An Idea Date: Thu, 2 Dec 2004 11:33:25 -0600 From: Bigwood, David <bigwood@lpi.usra.edu> To: <koha-admin@lists.katipo.co.nz> Just tossing out an idea. One feature I like in Google is the spelling suggestions. A search on "david bigwoood" brings up the helpful screen Did you mean: "david bigwood" Maybe Koha could have this feature on searches resulting in 0 hits. It would be ideal if the spelling suggestions were drawn from the records in the database rather than a standard spell checker database. There are some spelling checkers out there that may be able to be dropped in. GNU Aspell is a possibility. http://aspell.sourceforge.net/ FWIW.
