I am not sure what the reason could be. Maybe answering some questions could give us an idea:
- What version of Koha are you using? - Are you using Zebra or Elasticsearch? - What is the setting of your OpacSuppression system preference? Try switching it to see if it makes a difference. - Is there any error message on the OPAC or just a no results found?
