Thanks for your response. What I ended up doing was to export all the records and then delete the database and then imported the records. After that I had to fix the dom and grs1 situation, but all working fine now. You will need to (or get someone else to) view the apache error log for your Koha and paste the error here, before anyone will be able to help you.
