hello all I am using koha3.0.3. I wanted to use the funtion of sending overdue notices to the patrons by koha automatically from the crontab. Is there a how-to expalining the process??? I have tried to setup it in my local computer having sendmail installed. But i could not get sucess in sending the mail to the patrons. The same crontab calcualted the fines very well.

Replying on the main list only, this is not a development question. Ok, so you are running in your cron both overdue_notices.pl and process_message_queue.pl ? And you have set up both your notices and gone to More > Tools > Overdue notice/status triggers And set up your triggers? Chris
