Submission of Changes in Personal Details of Patrons

Is there a way to disable this functionality? Our library does not want any changes on the personal details of the patrons. So as much as possible, we would want to disable this functionality. How can we do this? Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to disable this functionality?
Not at the moment, but the feature will be present in 3.2. Note that the patrons are limited to *submitting* their changes. A librarian must manually input these changes in order for them to take effect.
