I suggest you install a Debian squeeze machine for it, and then get the Debian packages for it, by adding deb http://debian.koha-community.org/koha squeeze-dev main deb http://ftp.indexdata.dk/debian squeeze main to your /etc/apt/sources.list. After that you just need to fiddle with the apache configuration a bit to suit your local needs.
