Currently running Koha 3.2 We have a test site and a production site. The Test site is a clone of the production site. Periodically we replace the test site with a complete copy of the production site. lock stock and barrel. But after the last cloning, the contents of my lists vanished. The lists are there, but they all have 0 entries. I then tried to create a new list by selecting items from search results. . . and nothing was copied over into the list. Lists work fine in the production site, and the contents are all there. . . . Where should we look for the gremlins? I have no idea how the lists work, or where the data is stored. It's possible we missed something and didn't copy it over. . . but even so, shouldn't a newly created list work as it should? -- Elaine Bradtke Data Wrangler VWML English Folk Dance and Song Society | http://www.efdss.org Cecil Sharp House, 2 Regent's Park Road, London NW1 7AY Tel +44 (0) 20 7485 2206 ext 36 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Registered Company No. 297142 Charity Registered in England and Wales No. 305999 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Writing about music is like dancing about architecture" --Elvis Costello (Musician magazine No. 60 (October 1983), p. 52)

I don't know about gremlins, but I know where the data is stored. The virtualshelves table stores the list names and information about them (who owns them, what type, etc). The virtualshelfcontents table stores the biblionumbers of the records on each list. If you transferred just the virtualshelves table but not virtualshelfcontents table you would end up with all your lists but they'd all be empty. -- Owen -- Web Developer Athens County Public Libraries http://www.myacpl.org
