Hi, colleagues, We're brand new to Koha Express, the hosted product, and are going through the configuration process before uploading our records. There is a screen for configuring a Z39.5 server. Our whole reason for going with Express was to retire our Z39.5 server, which is still running Windows 2000 and could expire at any moment. Do we really have to do this to get Koha Express to work? I don't have an Evergreen product, but I am guessing that this is to set up your Koha system to take over Z39.50, not to keep your old server. Could that be? Agnes Cynthia M. Van Ness wrote:

I think you mean Koha Express (the LibLime name for their cloud hosted Koha Community product). :) But Agnes' point is valid, you will need to get your vendor to configure your Z39.50 server in your hosted install. It will take over for your old Win2k server. I believe the screen you are looking at is for configuring Z-targets, or servers that you connect to, not that you are hosting yourself.
