Where can we set the wording for the receipts printed for items on hold? Right now we can "print slip and confirm" but we do not want the patrons address, phone and email on there. We would also like to have more control over what appears on both the holds slip and the checkout slip. If there isn't a bug filed for this already at http://bugs.koha.org I would strongly recommend you file one there. It's certainly a feature I think all libraries would want. Chris

Ah, sorry I missed this one. The sad but true answer is that this change must be done to the templates. The template you are looking for is koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/ prog/en/modules/circ/hold-transfer-slip.tmpl NEKLS would join you in having all receipts customizable, preferably by branch.
