That is because you did not follow the instructions in INSTALL.ubuntu file. Nowhere does INSTALL.ubuntu mention /var/www directory. Please re-read it and try again. Also, which version of Ubuntu are you using? -- Mahesh T. Pai || It's not the software that's free; it's you.
