[Koha] import subject heading record

      Hi koha gang,

  consider, for example, this subject heading MARC record from
  LoC

  Is it possible to import this record into a koha installation? I have
  imported item record via Z39.50 from LoC, but I don't seem to be
  able reach this authority record using Z39.50, let alone import it.

  Transcribing it is a solution, but it's a masochist's idea of fun.
