Hi Indranil. Ah ok, so a user with selected permissions is not able to export the database. That is a pity, I wanted my colleague to do the daily database backup to the local computer but I don't want to give her superlibrarian permissions. Ok, so this is not possible. I have got enabled the Export Database Tab for the tool "Export data" and I would like to give my colleague access to this tool too. Although I give her patron permissions for all tools, the tab does not appear for her. Does anybody know how to give a patron the permissions to access the database export?
