This would work w/ the Batch record modification tool if it had access to the 952 tag & subfields. Unfortunately, it doesn't, at least in 20.05. Perhaps a good enhancement for down the road? This type of operation is trivial using a tool such as MarcEdit, though. Exporting & re-importing is obviously less time-consuming w/ smaller catalogs.
