[Koha] Net::Z3950:ZOOM and PDF::Reuse::Barcode Install Error

I am installing Koha 3.00.02 on Ubuntu 10.4 but when I run the Koha Makefile.pl it tells me that I still need these (2) dependencies. Anyone else having this issue?
