I get this message every time I add or edit an item: Can't call method "subfield" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Biblio.pm line 3005.

The item is still entered/updated, so I'm not sure what it means.

This for sure related to encoding problems on your record. Regards To+
