[Koha] visualization of reserves

hello, Currently I have installed koha 3.16.03 7.x on a debian server, trying to see the reserves of a user profile, the system is "processing" and shows no reservations this happens on all users intranet-error.log log shows nungun problem, google chrome console gives the following message http://snag.gy/42JFj.jpg the item the user registration and id are correct and there http://snag.gy/wEly3.jpg thank you very much for your help -Carlos +569 6668 32 94
