[Koha] Koha 2.2.8

Hallo, I have just installed Koha 2.2.8 for trial purposes in my XP. There are a couple of issues I was wondering if anyone can help me solve. 1. From where can I edit the specifying of due dates. The year ends at 2008, and I would like to add more years. 2. How do I send overdue notices.
