[Koha] Upgrading from 1.2.3 to 2.2

Hi everyone, I'm trying to take a KOHA install from 1.2.3 to 2.2. The upgrade seemed to go OK, but while the tables such as biblio appear to still be filled with the book data, when I try to look up a book in KOHA 2.2 using keywords I know exist in the database, it always reports that it cannot find anything. Is there something I need to do to make the old data ready to be searched in the new version? Thanks, Tim
