[Koha] Please help!!!

I wrote once before but got no responses and I'm desparate! I need to know how to enter MARC records from a free source into Koha. I am not a techy, nor am I a librarian (yet), but I'm doing a presentation at a library tech conference in February about OSS for libraries with an emphasis on Koha.
