Michael, you have right but in the authorities there is only the one with the "d" so why it still is shown?

Furthermore, there is no biblio-record with the "d"

I can imagine various reasons. First ist wrong catalogueing, but this can only be verified by inspecting the biblio records that are listed in your facet "Series".
