[Koha] upgraded from 3.0 to 3.2 but unable to open

I upgraded 3.0 to 3.2 at the end it gave 13 files permission deneyed could any one tell me what steps should follow and how to check whether it is upgrade successful or not thank you -- ---------------------------- Y.Yatheesh babu Librarian
