What version of Koha Linda? I found a bug for it in 3.4.0, and have sent a patch http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=6347 With that patch it works, maybe you (or your IT people) could test and sign off on that patch :) That would help it on it's way into 3.4.1 Chris
