Dear Karen, Please desist from e-mailing and calling me. This is the 3rd message I have received from your company this week alone! The Koha mailing list is to be used for the free and open exchange of advice and ideas between Koha users. Personally, I do not think it is right for you to trawl this mailing list for potential clients of your fee-based services, although other members of the list might disagree. It may be appropriate for you to post an occasional (!) informational message about your company and its services to the mailing list, but to pester individual members of the Koha mailing list user community with endless emails and phone messages is unacceptable. Thank you for understanding, Amy Schuler Manager of Information Services Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies Millbrook, NY 12545 From: kabigini@knowledgeandgrace.com [mailto:kabigini@knowledgeandgrace.com] Sent: Friday, March 26, 2010 10:54 AM To: Amy Schuler Subject: Koha Services and Support Hi Amy, Attached please find a brief description of Koha services offered by Knowledge & Grace Inc. through our partnership with OssLabs.
