Hello Layale, if you are not familiar with MySQL I suggest you to install PhpMyAdmin to manage the database on the server. http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/downloads.php
From PhpMyAdmin you can see the database for Koha, you can delete and make a new one.
You must see the file /etc/koha/koha-conf.xml for the name, and the username and password of the database. Once you have create the new database you have to go to https://domaniname:8080 (login with the usename and the password of the database) and follow the step for the Web Installation, here the wizard ask you to install all the samples.
