The other thing is how can I add a collection code. We do not have a code for a few items, such as Juv Bio and DVDs. I have checked the manual and can't find out how to do this. Hi Estel Where exactly is it saying new? In the itemtype column? If so, you just need to edit your itemtypes. http://manual.koha-community.org/3.8/en/basicparams.html#itemtypeadmin Hope this helps Chris
