[Koha] new to koha

Im new to Koha and after installation I get this message on the browser when i try to load the opac site System maintenance The Koha online catalog is offline for system maintenance. We'll be back soon! If you have any questions, please contact the site administrator I have disabled default site, and restart apache but browser still shows this error. what to I have to do here? oh and the intra site does not load anything
