In the past when I have done this for Follett in our district I send the entire district file and give them the location and collection codes and they load it for all the schools at once rather than exporting each school. Titlewise is a cool thing with collection analysis etc... and with my "district" account I can run whole district stats or the buildings can do individual campus. I don't know about Koha 2.x, but under version 3 Tools, Marc Export the export function includes item holdings; you can choose to omit them. Holdings will come out in the export in Koha format, like this one (run through MarcEdit to get flat file output):

You may have to massage them into the format you want.

So....my question, does the koha.mrc file created form a MARC record export include the holdings tag and copy information?? If not, is there a way for me to produce this info ?
I am using koha 2.2.9 on Win32.
