I want to export all the entries in MS-Access for some personal use in the office. If any body can fix this problem I will thankful to him It's not clear from your question what entries you want to export. In Koha, there are lots of 'entries', including patron, circulation, acquisition, cataloging, etc. In any case, what you probably need is a bit of custom programming to create a report. Your options are
