Hello, Just wondering if a Koha Debian package is being worked on? I believe that once that is available, proliferation of Koha installations will balloon. I have installed it a few times, but difficulty in installing it for a person not familiar with system administration is probably the leading cause that more are not trying it out. At the same time, I realize that Koha is being under development for quite some and there still is no Debian package. Any particular reason for this? Are the various new perl modules needed which are not in Debian repos a big reason? Or is it just the want of developers doing the task? I hope the commercial aspect of Koha is not an impediment to this. Thanks. -- Please reply to this list only. I read this list on its corresponding newsgroup on gmane.org.
