[Koha] adding another subject entry

hi guys, our librarians notice that if there are 3 subject added entry to be encoded for a biblio record,if you click the plus (+) sign it doubles the existing textbox for the said tag/subfield. if you had encoded 2 subject added entry and want to add another suppose you have 3 subject added entry, clicking the plus(+) sign gives you 4 textboxes... is it a bug? another thing, can i increase the title (biblio table)size? what's the current size setup? when i check it out, i has no length/size but the data type is text....
