Thank you all for your help. At the moment, I am waiting to hear from Springer about the MARC Records. :) On Mon, Mar 8, 2010 at 5:52 PM, Susan Bennett < susan.bennett@geaugalibrary.info> wrote:
One possible problem to be aware of: In Koha the items need to be in the 952 tag of the marc- at least in the marc 21 flavor we are using. You may need to edit the records the vendor supplies to include this local use tag. If you don't there will be no items for the patrons to see. We do this with the e-material records we import from Overdrive.

Hi,
Does this mean I have to request a MARC records file from Springer themselves?? Is this normal to ask for? Would they know what I am talking about?
Was away from comp, so couldn't answer you sooner. Springer freely provides MARC records for all their e-books. Perhaps what you need to get started would be this :

hope that helps :)
