      Hi Karina,
The default login for a windows install of koha is koha/koha.

An install package is available for 2.2.9, and I suggest you use that if possible.

I have successfully done that and now it is asking me for card number and
 passwordI am sure I must have done this along the way except Im not
 sure which card number or password it is asking me to give.
