Good morning, I am having this issue also. I am running Koha 3.0 on Linux. It happens when I have a duplicate record and I delete one record. The catalog will still show both records and cause the patron to get the Error 404 page. Is there a way to prevent this. Thanks for any information. Error 404 means that a page the software expected to find is missing. It could mean for example that an item found in your index is not in the data base (in which case you may need to re-index).
To help more we would need to know the Koha feature you were using and the version of Koha you are running.
Hope that helps,
