You may take a look at csv profiles in the manual.
http://koha-community.org/documentation/3-4-manual-en/?ch=x6322 According to the manual, CSV download will appear alongside the iso2909, RIS and BibTex options if you have defined a CSV export profile. However, in 3.4 and the version we're using in production (3.03.00.019) CSV export profile creation seems to be broken.
