[Koha] Problem with fine calculation

Hi Friends we have using koha 3.0 stable. but fine calculation module not working?. it will highlight only over dues message and title but do not calculate fine amount?. we have define circulation and fines rule as below Patron Category :- Patron Item Type :- Books Fine Amount :- $1.00 Fine Grace Period :- Fine Charging Interval :- Current Checkouts Allowed :- 4 Loan Period :- 15 day(s) any solution?
