[Koha] DBD driver has not implemented the AutoCommit attribute Problem

Hi all, We are facing the DBD driver autocommit problem with debian-lenny and koha 3.0.4. The system works fine at the initial installation and after the first reboot the problem appears. Is this logical ? Has anyone solved this problem (we followed the guidelines for seperate installation of certaion components but nothing....)
